Bio

Hi, I’m Jaydin from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Growing up, I’ve always been the kind of person who likes to help others, so becoming a personal trainer felt like a natural path for me. My fitness journey began when I had to rely on my own strength during a tough time, but I realized my body wasn’t in the best shape to keep me healthy. That experience pushed me to work on myself, and in doing so, I realized how many other people face even tougher challenges. If I could help myself and achieve my goals, then I knew I could help others do the same. Over the years, I’ve worked at various gyms, including Planet Fitness, where I became a head trainer. Now, I’m proud to be at Fit Pro, where I’ve been helping people for the past year.

My approach to personal training is comprehensive, integrating elements of strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and nutrition to create well-rounded, individualized programs. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your overall fitness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Personal Story

I became a personal trainer because of a personal experience that opened my eyes. There was a time when I had to depend on my body, but I wasn’t strong enough to stay healthy. That moment made me realize how important fitness is, not just for looks but for life itself. I also knew that there are people out there with even bigger struggles, and if I could overcome mine, I could help them, too. That’s when I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career. I started by helping friends and family, and it eventually led me to become a head trainer at Planet Fitness and now at Fit Pro. My training style is practical—it’s about preparing people for real-life situations, whether that’s holding your kids or just moving through life with confidence.

After taking several courses on training and nutrition, I began helping friends and family with their fitness journeys. Seeing their progress and how it boosted their confidence motivated me to pursue personal training further. Now, I’m grateful to spend every day doing what I love—helping others reach their goals and live healthier lives.
